Kansas City man is given prestigious Charles Taylor 'Master Mechanic' award by FAA

James Davis moved his family from New Jersey to Kansas City in 1966 to take a job maintaining aircraft for TWA. His longevity was recently recognized when he became the 25th technician at the Kansas City International Airport's overhaul base, now run by American Airlines, to be honored by the Federal Aviation Administration with its Charles E. Taylor "Master Mechanic" award for 50 years of excellent service.
