Its complete return is still a year away, but owners of the Opry Mills mall in Nashville, Tenn., say shoppers will finally see repairs resume at the 1.2-million-square-foot shopping mecca shuttered since last spring’s floods amid a complex insurance squabble. Flood-damaged Opry Mills will reopen in spring 2012 with some new tenants, including the Coach Factory Store, Under Armour Factory House and The Lego Store. more
