Navy planning to award 3 new contracts to build Guam Strike global intelligence hub and Army National Guard Facilities

After awarding three task orders in June to help prepare for an overall military expansion on Guam, the Navy aims to award three more this year for $39.1 million to help build the planned Guam Strike global intelligence hub and bolster facilities of the Army National Guard on the island. The contracts include the $12.2 million construction of the South Ramp utilities for Guam Strike, a planned global intelligence and reconnaissance hub based at Guam's Andersen Air Force Base, according to Naval Facilities Engineering Command documents. more
