for Halloween

from Reuters

A stalled economy hasn't spooked Americans out of enjoying Halloween. Nearly three-quarters of U.S. consumers plan to celebrate, but will spend less this year on costumes and candy. The average spend is expected to be $53, down from $73 in 2010, according to the American Express Spending & Savings Tracker. more
