2011 NAPT keynote speaker launching executive training program in January

from NAPT

Mark Aesch, whose inspiring keynote speech at the 37th Annual NAPT Summit in Cincinnati, Ohio, about the importance of performance measurement in the public sector launched the NAPT KPI project, is going to begin in January 2013 a year-long leadership training program for mid- and upper-level managers. According to Aesch, the principles of his best-selling book Driving Excellence, which has been published in nine countries and was ranked No. 1 on Amazon for new business releases, are going to be taught as 12 separate 90-minute webinars featuring a guest coach for each principle, a 2 star General for courage and the founder of ESPN for building a business plan, for example. Aesch is doing the project in very small eight-person cohorts because he wants the groups to be "intimate and sharing". "We are filling up the groups over the next month," he said.

NAPT members, particularly participants in NAPT's Leading Every Day Initiative, interested in learning more about the project are encouraged to review the attached flyer and contact Aesch for pricing and availability. more
