University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee establishing a Masonry Design Studio
from NCMA Foundation
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning is establishing a Masonry Design Studio to expose its students to the benefits of masonry construction through an intense 16-week program. The new program will be made possible in part due to a grant from the NCMA Education and Research Foundation to the Wisconsin Masonry Alliance. Additional key support is also provided by the Mason Contractor's Association of Milwaukee, the Wisconsin District Council of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craft Workers and the International Masonry Institute.
