Michigan firm recalls ham products produced without HACCP plan

A Michigan food processor is recalling several tons of products because it failed to establish a Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points plan. Byron Center Wholesale Meats has issued the recall for approximately 6,586 pounds of ham products.
