Toronto pipeline critics call for Enbridge to double energy conservation
from Hazmat Magazine
Canadian environmental organizations want Enbridge Gas Distribution to more than double its investment in Ontario energy conservation, rather than construct a new pipeline to import U.S. shale gas to the Greater Toronto Area.
