Arkansas H. 1823 Out-of-State Licensing Burdens

from NPMA

On March 23, H. 1823 passed the Arkansas House and was sent to the Senate. H. 1823 is another attempt to lessen regulatory burdens on Arkansas business, but is a much milder version than H. 2001 and H. 1158. If enacted H. 1823 would authorize state regulatory agencies to adopt rules which would reduce licensing requirements for individuals applying for Arkansas licensing that have already been certified in another state. more
