E.coli leads to beef recall; misbranding forces expanded Tex-Mex food recall

Inspectors are working with companies on two new recalls today:
1,029 pounds of beef used for further processing, distributed by Skyline Provisions but later found to have tested positive for E. coli O157:H7.
Additional items that should have been included in the original recall of 15,600 pounds of pork and beef products made by Corn Maiden Foods.
