New HLA typing requirements for candidates and deceased donors recording available

Summary: In September, 2014, policy changes were approved affecting HLA typing requirements across organ types. These changes affect making organ offers and will be implemented on Jan. 21, 2016.

Objective: Upon completion of this session, the participant will be able to detail the HLA Typing requirements for candidates and deceased donors across all organ types.

Audience: Transplant Hospitals, OPOs, Histocompatibility Labs.
