Should You Eat Less Meat to Boost Your Cycling?

from Cycling Weekly

According to the latest results from NatCen’s British Social Attitudes survey, 3 in 10 of us have cut back on the stuff in the past year and a further 1 in 10 are considering doing so. But can you safely follow suit and cut back on animal-based protein without harming your cycling performance?
