Results are in for MTO online uptake survey

Back in March, an MTO modernization survey was distributed to gauge stakeholder input regarding online options to shift away from in-person services to the online delivery channel. The results of this survey are now in and, according to the report below, we can expect to see a launch of services this fall. OMCA will continue to keep you updated.
  • 98% surveyed were prepared to register and wait for a PIN to access an online account;
  • 1.7% do NOT feel comfortable using an online channel to conduct CVOR/MVIS transactions;
  • 12% expect a rebate for using the online channel;
  • 100% use the Internet for business transactions at least once a week;
  • Over 95% of mvis and cvor clients would renew online;
  • Over 85% of mvis clients are neutral or support mandatory online ordering of stock items
Full launch of online services has been delayed but still in the pilot phase until this fall.
