Paramedic recalls 'agonizing' decisions he had to make while rescuing people in Las Vegas shooting

Dean Weber was having a relatively quiet night working as a paramedic near the Vegas strip when the first call came in about the mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. "We knew there had been a shooting, but we didn't know that it was a mass casualty," Weber, 31, tells People. "We headed over to help out."
