Brain controlled movie created

from Digital Journal

A motion picture where the plot alters depending on the viewer's brain activity has been produced by the University of Nottingham, led by Richard Ramchurn. The movie process works by each viewer being fitted with a headset (electroencephalogram), with receptors that monitor the wearer's brainwaves. The headset detects firing neurons, which are signals sent by the brain as the view reacts to images seen on the screen. The movie itself is made up of three simultaneous narratives. With these the viewer can dip in and out of each, creating a story that it unique to each viewer. more
