Not surprisingly, companies like Allergan Inc., a leading marketer of breast implants and the wrinkle-battlers Botox and Juvederm, has declared war on the Senate measure, going so far as launching a Web-based petition drive. Approved by the FDA in September 2009, Ulthera is sweeping the nation as the newest non-invasive facelift technology. Ulthera works through focused ultrasound.
