The Fredericton Fire Department were called to a building fire at the Coffee and Friends establishment located in Fredericton, New Brunswick. A Miami-Dade, Fla., Fire Rescue spokesman said the building's sprinklers activated immediately, keeping the fire from spreading and quickly alerting the fire department.
