ASAM Submits Comments to HHS on ACA Essential Health Benefits

In January, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released its guidance to states on the essential health benefits required per the Affordable Care Act. The essential health benefits package will determine the minimum level of services that qualified health plans are required to provide under federal law. ASAM submitted comments to HHS regarding its recommendations.
