Interior design billings stay up in November

The ASID Interior Design Billings Index stayed in positive territory for the second month in a row, following a weak third quarter that saw the Index dip below 50. Billings were down slightly from October (50.9 vs. 51.4). The Inquiries Index rose substantially (53.8 vs. 50.3), indicating a possible rise in future activity. Billings were strongest in residential, both single family (52.1) and multihousing dwellings (51). Regionally, the West recorded the biggest increase in November as the Midwest rebounded. More
