Homebuilder Confidence Declines in February
MarketWatch
A gauge of confidence among homebuilders declined in February for the first time in 10 months on lighter prospective-buyer traffic and lower sales of single-family homes, according to data released Tuesday. The National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo housing-market index ticked down to 46 in February from 47 in January.
