Growth in interior design billings slows but stays positive

The results of the second ASID Interior Design Billings & Inquiries Index quarterly report are in, showing positive — although slower — growth in the spring. Both the Billings and the Inquiries Indexes are above 50 for eight consecutive months, signaling the industry's economic activity continues to expand. It is important to note these findings do not reflect the recent economic turmoil. More

ASID Foundation Research Grant: Deadline Oct. 3

The ASID Foundation announces the second annual Interior Design Research Grant Program, Transform, focusing on applied research in interior design and human behavior. The program will award up to three grants of up to $35,000 each. Proposal deadline is Oct. 3.
