The 26th International Electric Vehicle Symposium, the premiere electric vehicle event of the year, will showcase all forms of technologies in the market place and on the drawing boards — from low speed battery electric vehicles to fuel cell electric buses. Attendees of the Symposium in Los Angeles will be able to interact with visionaries and experts from the EV industry via plenaries, exhibits, and the GoElectricDrive Ride, Drive, & Charge event. During the symposium, EDTA will webcast one hour of the GoElectricDrive Plenary at EVS26: "Reaching Hearts and Minds in the EV industry," on Wednesday, May 9 at 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. PDT.

Virtual attendees will be able to hear from luminaries of the electric drive industry about next steps in the expansion of electric vehicle adoption and infrastructure. Panelists for this session include former Vice Chairman of General Motors Bob Lutz, Executive Vice President of Nissan Andy Palmer, Producer/Screenwriter Dean Devlin and Electronic Arts Chief Technology Officer Scott Cronce. Questions from the audience and webcast viewers will be selected from Twitter (#EVS26) and passed on to the panel.
