Natural relief for dry mouth and eyes

Dry eyes and mouth is a common problem, affecting the majority of people with CFS and fibromyalgia. It's also common in those with spastic colon and it's common as we get older. Sometimes it's simply a nuisance but often it's worse. In FMS, it can result in dramatic dental problems, especially cavities and gum disease. And the risk worsens when combined with medications like Elavil.

Platelet rich plasma effective for non-responsive hamstring injuries

Proximal hamstring muscle syndrome is complaint most commonly seen in athletes. It should come as no surprise that typical conservative treatments of proximal hamstring muscle syndrome involve at least part of the RICE protocol, which includes rest, ice, compression and elevation and the judicious use of cortisone. Although some of these treatment components do indeed help with muscle injuries, they do nothing to help heal the ligaments and tendons involved. In fact, RICE actually hinders healing of these soft tissues. Here's what current research has to say about traditional conservative treatments for these hamstring injuries.

Connect with chelation by 'End Pain' speaker Bruce Shelton, MD
Dr. Bruce Shelton writes, "In 2002, we first published an article in Explore! magazine titled 'Homotoxicology and Calcium EDTA Chelation, A summary of 49 patients Undergoing this New Unique Protocol.' A second article published in Explore in 2003 titled 'Update Report on Homotoxicology and Calcium EDTA Chelation followed this. A summary on 63 patients undergoing this new unique protocol, answering questions on What About Mercury? And did you see the New England Journal Article on Jan. 23. 2003?' This article is a continuation of that same set of data collection, which now has been expanded to 274 patients who have received chelation during the period 2001-2008. The findings are surprising in an unexpected number of ways."

5 steps to heal a leaky gut from ibuprofen
GreenMedInfo.com
Millions of Americans take over the counter painkillers like Advil or Aleve without a second thought for any random ache or pain or cold symptom. What most don't know is that those drugs — called non-steroidal anti-inflammatories — are responsible for over 16,000 deaths a year, more than die from asthma or AIDS. But there is another less recognized side effect — or should we say effect, because side effects are nothing more than unwanted effects of medication. These drugs damage your gut lining causing a condition responsible for a whole range of ailments from allergies to autoimmune disease. It's called leaky gut.

Put down that healthy food and take statin drugs instead
Alliance for Natural Health USA
The American Heart Association's woefully outdated dietary guidelines are hurting Americans’ health. The AHA's statin guidelines are based on the outdated, simplistic notion that there are two kinds of cholesterol: LDL and HDL. Moreover, the AHA's dietary guidelines are also centered on the notion that "bad" cholesterol causes heart disease and that since saturated fat may raise "bad" cholesterol levels, it's the ultimate dietary evildoer.
