By ICIM member Dr. Cathie Lippman:
Have we been conned about cholesterol?

"Statin Nation: The Great Cholesterol Cover-Up" is a documentary about how we have been misled about the importance of statin drugs and the lowering of cholesterol. As pointed out in the movie, it is very costly for pharmaceutical companies to find successful new products. It is far more lucrative for them to get their already-approved products to become popularly prescribed. The cholesterol story fits into this picture.

From the blog of ICIM member Dr. James Fambro, written by ICIM member Dr. Robert Rowen:
How to give your cells a massage and treat impossible-to-cure ailments

Dr. Jay Rowen writes, "Do you remember the Star Trek TV series? Doc McCoy would simply place the injured person on an infirmary table. There, he/she would simply lie there, no pills, no IV and later awaken, miraculously healed. I thought it was cool and, even in my youth, thought it likely eventually possible. With technology we've had for years, it's real!"
