Healing with language: Location, location, location
ICIM
Location is especially important when it comes to our internal auditory processing. Whether people are aware of them or not, everyone has internal voices. For those who have a critical voice, the location from which the voice seems to originate plays an important role in the response to that voice. A good night's sleep
AHHA
Millions of Americans of all ages are affected by sleep problems, many with severe, chronic sleep deprivation. Recent research indicates that pervasive sleep deprivation can lead to more serious health problems than just a dull clouded feeling the next morning including obesity, high blood pressure and diminished resistance to infections.
