Question: I was unable to log into "Services Online" on the Office of Personnel Management website to change my tax withholding because it had been more than 15 months since I had logged in before. And when I sent an email, the automated reply said it would be at least a week before I could get a new Personal Identification Number. There should be an easier way to do this. More

What the health care ruling means to you
CNN    Share    Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article
The Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act means that the predictions about how it will affect Americans remain in place. The court did rule that a part of the law involving Medicaid must change. The decision leaves in place the so-called individual mandate — the requirement on Americans to have or buy health insurance beginning in 2014 or face a penalty — although many are exempt from that provision.
