NATA is offering a new webinar series focusing on treatment techniques for lateral ankle sprains and ankle instability. The first installment in this series, "Module 1 — Ankle Sprains and Instability: What Are We Trying to Treat?" will be presented by Erik Winstrom, PhD, ATC, at 11 a.m. CT on Sept. 12. A new clinician research summary from AHRQ's Effective Healthcare Program provides an overview of existing evidence on how well serological tests (antinuclear antibody, rheumatoid factor, and cyclic-citrullinated peptide) determine if undiagnosed musculoskeletal (MSK) pain in children and adolescents is due to inflammatory arthritis or more common causes such as trauma, overuse, and normal bone growth. Duerson's Foundation Gives Concussion Kits to Chicago Public Schools

A foundation named after former Chicago Bear Dave Duerson, who committed suicide last year, donated 80 concussion kits to football programs at Chicago public high schools, according to a press release.
