NSCA Rule Clarification Regarding HOA Punches
Section III-2-a-2 of the 2011 NSCA Rule Book page 16 under HOA reads the following:
To clarify this statement, a shooter will not receive a HOA punch if he/she received punches in class. Example: John Smith is a AA Class shooter and he wins HOA with a 95/100. There were three (3) shooters in AA Class including John. John will receive one (1) punch total from that event. If there were only two (2) AA Class shooters, then John still would receive one (1) punch for winning HOA.
