PMI OVOC Lunch Seminar — Feb. 18, 2015: 'The Governance of Major Public Infrastructure Projects in Quebec'

Our Presenter, Maude Brunet will speak to the management of large public infrastructure projects and how it is an important issue in Quebec. Although some researchers have already investigated the use of governance framework for public projects, little research has been done in this regard in Quebec, which constitutes an important gap.

Maude has almost 10 years of experience in project management. She is a doctoral student in Management — with a specialization in Project Management — at School of Management of University of Quebec in Montreal (ESG-UQAM). The specific focus of her research is studying the Quebec (Canada) governance framework for major public infrastructure projects, how it has developed over time and how it is applied for managing projects into practice.
