PMI OVOC Study Group Sessions: Last session until September!

The last study group session before the summer break will be held on May 21. Led by our volunteer facilitator, Abdallah Abi-Aad, these sessions are free to anyone who has attended an OVOC PMP Prep course and is now preparing to take the exam. Participants should have a copy of the PMBoK Guide, 5th edition.

One common criticism of Agile Development methodologies by those used to more predictive methods is that Agile Development does not guarantee that all listed features will be completed by the end of a project. However, this is by design. What Agile Development does promise to do is to focus development on the features most relevant to the end users first, while providing the option to add more if time permits. Cultural fit of a project with its host organization

Good cultural fit is the quality of being well-adapted to the demands of a host environment or organization. It contains both quantitative and qualitative aspects. A project exhibiting good cultural fit will enjoy the support of key elements of an organization. In contrast one with poor cultural fit will find itself being repulsed by these same elements. Without the support of these crucial constituents any project will ultimately founder.
