Well done, on time, within budget

PMI OVOC Notice: Email unavailable Thurs, Aug. 28 at 4 p.m. - Sun, Aug. 31 at 4 p.m.

Starting on Aug. 28 at 4 p.m., the PMI OVOC email will be unavailable as our back office starts the migration to Office365. This first step requires a move from our current email provider to Office365. While this migration is in progress, any emails sent to PMI OVOC may fail, or be lost. If you do not receive a response to an e-mail you send during the transition period within the first two business days of the following week (i.e. by Sept. 3), then please resend.

Other steps in the implementation of Office365 will include integrating our multiple document repositories into a single site and will allow the implementation of knowledge management which was announced at the recent ABM. Office365 provides extensive document, collaboration, and process management capabilities which enable the OVOC to be more efficient in how it creates and manages chapter documents, processes, and procedures in support of Chapter activities on behalf of the membership. This project started in July and will continue throughout the coming year.

Office 365 will be a huge improvement to PMI OVOC Back Office.
