The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service recently granted permission to Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Russia's and one of the world's leading petrochemical producers, to acquire 100 percent of the shares of JSC Polymatiz, according to Irina Kashunina, an official spokesperson for the FAS.
