SRP, Phoenix's second largest utility, has set goals of having 15 percent of its power provided by sustainable sources by 2025. The total value of China's smart grid market is expected to rise from $22.3 billion in 2011 to $61.4 billion in 2015, according to a new market report. In 2010, China ranked number one for the first time in the world for energy consumption and total investment in clean energy.
