A fire at the Jefferson City health and rehabilitation center located in Tennessee was stopped thanks to a lone sprinkler activating in time and potentially saving lives. After investigating, it was found that the fire started in a patient's room in a wall mounted heater and a/c unit. One fire sprinkler activated, and that was enough to contain the fire. More

Area fire officials say quick thinking and a sprinkler system kept damage at a Jacksonville, Fla., apartment complex to a minimum during a fire.
