New Lead Law Worries Jewelers

Gaping uncertainties in the rules and regulations of a new federal law designed to improve protection of children from lead poisoning have jewelry manufacturers across the nation worried about liability and the extra cost of compliance, questions that may not be answered until months after the law takes effect in February. Bush Altered Burmese JADE Act Before Leaving Office
