Proposed legislation introduced to override Hobby Lobby ruling
The National Law Review
Senator Democrats recently introduced proposed legislation known as the Protect Women's Health from Corporate Interference Act in an effort to override the Supreme Court's decision in the Hobby Lobby ruling; however, the Senate GOP blocked the bill.
