Associations Kick Off Annual Spring Ritual
American Supply Association    Share   Share on FacebookTwitterShare on LinkedinE-mail article
Each spring, thousands of business executives, special interests and advocates descend upon Capitol Hill to make their voices heard. As leaders in Washington debate the finer points of just what is constitutional, one thing is certain: the right to petition your government for redress of grievances is one that every taxpaying citizen should take full advantage of. ASA looks forward to making that possible by holding its 2012 Legislative Fly-In on May 15-16. Don't miss this opportunity to meet with your elected officials and their key staff members, who are often the gatekeepers and real decision-makers. In addition, we will be hearing from top economists, tax and healthcare specialists on the state of our political economy. In February, your association's leaders came to the firm conclusion that it should be ASA's goal to influence federal legislation. Don't pass up your chance to do so in May. Register now before it's too late.

At ASA's Young Executives Spring Forum on May 21-23 in New Orleans, Anthony Huey, President of Reputation Management Associates, will reveal secrets to effectively communicating in these and other situations. Participants also will hear from Malcolm Kinnaird, Vice President of Channel Management and Marketing for Watts Water Technologies, host of this year's event.
