St. Cloud Hospital Expansion Moves Along from St. Cloud Times An ongoing $200 million expansion of St. Cloud Hospital will move ahead this year with a goal of completion by early 2012 at the latest. Board members for the hospital and parent company CentraCare Health System reaffirmed their commitment to building a nine-story tower along the Mississippi River that will make up the bulk of the proposed expansion, Hospital President Craig Broman said Monday.
