CIPS PEI 2015 Curing Event: March 6

The 2015 CIPS PEI Curling Event will be held on Thursday, March 6. As with previous years, this is a "for fun" event and no previous curling experience is required to participate. Curling is a great social event for networking since teams play two (4 end) games against other teams — not to mention the camaraderie fostered with fellow co-workers and teammates!

CIPS INTERVIEWS: Houlin Zhao, 2015 Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), World-leading ICT Executive Authority

Mr. Houlin Zhao has served as Deputy Secretary-General of the ITU since 2006 and was re-elected for a second four-year term in October 2010. He served as Director of ITU's Telecommunication Standardization Bureau from 1999-2006. A graduate of China's Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications with an MSc from the UK's University of Essex, Mr. Zhao has spent most of his career working in the international arena.
