From the Executive Director
KAFP
KAFP's Faces in Family Medicine (FIFM) program kicked off earlier this month in Lawrence with our pre-med dinner meeting! We had a great time with nine mentors and 35 pre-med students. This week we have the Wichita dinner and next week we have the Salina and Kansas City dinners. Soon after, we will announce the pairings. It will be up to the mentors and mentees to connect at least three times during the school year. It's not too late to volunteer to be a mentor in this important program, if you’d like to participate! Just fill out a profile at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CQPS9RS. Thanks so much for all you do for family medicine and your patients every day!
