ABFM module on hospital medicine is focus of SAM
KAFP
Attend this SAM (Self-Assessment Module) Group Learning Session to assist you in completing the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) module on Hospital Medicine, as part of your maintenance of Certification (MC-FP) process. In one day, assess and review the 60 core competency questions, led by Dr. Sheryl Beard. At the end of the day, the KAFP will report attendee's successful knowledge assessment score to the ABFM. You will be responsible for completing the clinical simulation portion of the SAM individually.

The series, which was funded through the AAFP Foundation, was developed to help family physicians improve patient outcomes in their practices by boosting their ability to evaluate and implement evidence-based guidelines, said Bellinda Schoof, M.H.A., C.P.H.Q., director of the AAFP Division of Health of the Public and Science.
