If you like sports, or are interested in them, then it's perfectly grand to talk about sports. Have at it. On the other hand, if you don't care about sports at all, never pretend. Pretending always backfires in your life and in your work.

When Rita Lundin was working as a driver on "Men in Black 3," the message from her Teamsters coordinator was blunt: We don't like to work with women. "He told me he wouldn't be able to sleep, thinking I wasn't going to make it to the set and that I wouldn't be able to do the job," she says.

How can men support women in the workplace?
The Huffington Post
