    CEF and The Franklin Institute to hold professional development

    The Chemical Educational Foundation® and The Franklin Institute have agreed to a partnership that will produce a series of You Be The Chemist® Essential Elements educator professional development workshops across the United States in 2013.

    Initial Essential Elements workshops have been held in Philadelphia, Shreveport, La., and Reading, Pa.
