    New Blog Post: CSB Congressional Hearing Highlights Mismanagement
    Yesterday, members of the U.S. Chemical Safety Board appeared before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight & Government Reform at a hearing titled "Rebuilding the Chemical Safety Board: Finding a Solution to the CSB's Governance and Management Challenges." As the hearing title indicates, CSB leadership botched their management of the board over the last five years. This hearing served as an opportunity for lawmakers, tasked with overseeing the CSB, to express their frustration in a rare but forceful bipartisan fashion.
