2014 Membership & Safety Questionnaire for Distributor Members now open for submission
It's that time of the year again! The 2014 Membership & Safety Questionnaire is now open and ready for your submissions. The data we collect from this survey helps us inform federal and state policymakers on the membership's excellent safety record year over year, and is a condition of association membership as stipulated in the bylaws. As always, the information collected will only be used in aggregate form and your individual company information will be kept confidential. The survey is available to fill out on-line, and a hard copy should arrive on your desk early next week. To complete the survey online, please click here. The deadline to submit your responses is Wednesday, April 23.

If you have questions about the NACD Membership & Safety Questionnaire, please contact Lucinda Schofer at or 703-527-6223.
