CEF to conduct hands-on experiments at the National Conference on Science Education
The Chemical Educational Foundation will partner with The Dow Chemical Company in effort introduce members of the National Science Teachers Association to the You Be The Chemist® programs. CEF and Dow will collaborate to hold an hour-and-a-half session at this year's NSTA National Conference on Science Education beginning at 8 a.m. CDT on April 12 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (006A) in San Antonio. The session will allow educators to experience the fun and exciting experiments offered in CEF's Fourth Edition YBTC Activity Guides, while learning how to connect these activities with the chemistry concepts that they teach in their K-8 classrooms.
