Open Conference Call — Basics of Responsible Distribution
Mark your calendar for a free conference call at 11 a.m. (ET) May 14 to learn more about the Basics of Responsible Distribution, the Mentoring Program and upcoming events.

Doug Kutz, the Responsible Distribution mentor, and Mike Lang, vice president, Responsible Distribution, will discuss the fundamental aspects of Responsible Distribution and the free Mentoring Program. Although veteran code coordinators are welcome to attend, this conference call is geared for those relatively new to Responsible Distribution.

CEF Exhibits at the Philadelphia Science Festival
On May 3, CEF staff members conducted hands-on science activities at the 2014 Philadelphia Science Festival. In conjunction with The Dow Chemical Company, CEF's program development team helped attendees experiment with the physics of marshmallow launchers, predict the buoyancy of different bowling balls and learn why baseball players call that perfect section of their bat the "sweet spot!"
