Space is still available at the Northeast Region luncheon for members and affiliates at the Union League in downtown Philadelphia on June 26, from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. While enjoying lunch, we will hear from Brian Jacot, Chairman, and Jim Testo, President of Greystone Risk Management, from Greystone Consolitdated Business Companies, Inc. on "Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations — No Longer Just 'The Cost of Doing Business.'" The focus will be a discussion of current economic conditions and the EHS regulatory trends regarding complexity and enforcement that are pressuring your businesses. The Chemical Educational Foundation® is holding a You Be The Chemist Essential Elements professional development workshop in conjunction with the National YBTC Challenge on June 26 at The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. As part of the National Challenge Platinum Sponsorship package, an educator from each participating state is traveling to Philadelphia to participate in the workshop and all National Challenge events free of charge.
