New Blog Post: TSCA Passed the House, but Don't Get
    Comfortable Yet

On Tuesday evening, the U.S. House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly (398-1) to pass the TSCA Modernization Act (H.R. 2576) introduced by Rep. John Shimkus, R-Ill., and cosponsored in bipartisan fashion by 16 other members of Congress. This is a major milestone in seeing TSCA reform take one step closer to crossing the finish line.
