California public hearing notice Sept. 10, on safer consumer products regulations

California's Department of Toxic Substance Control will hold a public hearing on proposed Safer Consumer Products regulations on Sept. 10, in the Byron Sher Room, Cal/EPA Building, 2nd Floor, 1001 "I" Street, Sacramento, Calif. Anyone interested in presenting statements or arguments orally or in writing relevant to this proposal may do so at this hearing. This will be the only public opportunity for California NACD members to comment on these onerous regulations. The hearing starts at 10 a.m. and will remain open as long as attendees are presenting testimony. More
